Living in a rush can increase stress and cortisol levels. One way we love to remind patients how to take care of their teeth is to slow down and brush their teeth in a gentle but thorough way. This can help avoid aggressive brushing side effects like recession. A Sonicare electric toothbrush is another great option, they have 2 minute timers and pressure sensors that can help you keep your cool when brushing. Take today to relax and don't be in a rush when completing your self care! Take the full two minutes!!🪥✨🦷

Sugar free gum to chew during the day and after lunch with xylitol can lower the risk of cavities! 🤩🤯🤩🤯🤩
Interdental brushes can be used after lunch to remove any unwanted snacks for later from braces or retainers! 😁✨
