Full mouth transformation!
Years of heavy bruxism, an acidic diet, and acid reflux take a toll. There is usually a multi-factorial cause when we see loss of too structure like this, but it was a blast to play a part in this treatment. Couldn’t ask for a better patient!

Sometimes when a permanent tooth doesn’t develop we decide to keep it around for as long as we can, but they get a little beat up over time. This is a case in which we made some primary (baby) teeth look like permanent teeth by layering composite filling material. Live long and prosper, little guys!🖖

White spots confined to a smaller portion of the tooth can sometimes be treated with non-invasive resin infiltration. This process allows the affected enamel to reflect light more like the unaffected enamel nearby and brings back more of its natural translucency.
