I'm a fairly new patient. Today was my 4th visit over the course of 8 months or so. When I walked into the office today, the staff knew who I was and called me by my first name. That is so totally personal, friendly, professional, and starts the whole experience off in such a warm and positive manner. From there, it just gets better. The staff are very friendly and they seem to do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. Going to the dentist has never been on my bucket list of things I want do do, but I would have to say they are the very best.

I was extremely baffled when he said all the lower are out. I only counted 2 out of the 8 that were pulled. I spent more time in the waiting room than I did in the chair. The staff were extremely nice and it was over all a very pleasing visit.
