October is National Dental Hygiene Month! 🪥

Plot twist: the toothbrush you’ve had since summer isn’t doing much anymore.

The rule: Replace your toothbrush or electric brush head every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles look frayed.

More tips for a healthier brush (and mouth):
✔️ Swap it after you’ve been sick
✔️ Skip closed containers, which trap moisture
✔️ Use soft bristles and gentle pressure, because scrubbing harder doesn’t clean better
✔️ Brush 2 minutes, twice a day, and floss daily
