PSA: How to cough like a boss.

You know how sometimes you swallow funny or have the proverbial "morning frog in your throat?" I get that a lot at the dental office when I put water into people's mouths when they are laid out supine. I've come up with a little trick to get the goop up fast.

You turn your head full right and cough firmly twice and then turn left and cough firmly twice. That gets it done almost all of the time. Repeat as necessary. It works because you are narrowing the passageway while pushing the same volume of air out, so the air speed increases. Works like a charm!
