This patient came in dealing with terminal dentition—a situation that drains your confidence and takes the joy out of simply eating a meal. Dr. F was able to completely rewrite that story…

We went with a dual-arch approach, placing 6 implants on the maxilla and 6 on the mandible to create a rock-solid foundation. Dr. F was incredibly happy with how the soft tissue healed around the upper abutments, and he managed to keep the prosthetic transition line perfectly hidden underneath the patient’s natural smile line.

Delivering this kind of result, where clinical precision, aesthetics, and everyday function perfectly align is exactly why we shifted our entire focus to full-arch fixed prosthetics. Seeing a patient look in the mirror for the first time with their new smile never, ever gets old.

Ever wondered how the prosthetics go in? Here’s a great example from Dr F delivering an FP1 final zirconia restoration. You can see the multi-unit abutments sticking out flush with the gums, and the prosthetic sits tightly on top, with no gaps. This patient was the recipient of an All on 8 upper and lower zirconia prosthetic to replace his missing, broken , and failing teeth.
