It's that spooky time of the year where children can overindulge on sweets in one night. Don't fret, we have a few tips to help keep cavities away.

1. Space out the sweets with regular meals in between.

2. Brush and floss after eating candy.

3. Drink plenty of water to rinse out the sugar in your mouth.

It's important to limit your intake of sweets or if possible to swap them out with sugar free versions. Chewing sugar free gum can actually help clean your mouth as it stimulates saliva which cleans your teeth.
