October's here, but so is candy season! 🍬

If you're celebrating with treats, enjoy them mindfully: eat them with meals rather than alone, and try to limit snacking frequency. Brushing after? Wait 30 minutes if sugary foods were involved!

Have fun & take care of that smile!

Overnight, bacteria build up in your mouth! 🪥

Start your day strong by brushing for a full 2 minutes when you wake up. This removes that overnight buildup and kickstarts your smile. Your teeth (and your dentist!) will thank you.

Candy season is officially upon us. 🍬
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We're not here to take away your fun — but we are here to remind you that sticky, chewy candies (looking at you, caramel and taffy) are the hardest on teeth. They cling to surfaces and pull on restorations.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Enjoy in moderation, rinse with water, and brush before bed. You've totally got this.

Fall is here, and so is your reminder to use your dental benefits before they expire! 🍂📅
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Most insurance plans reset on January 1, and unused benefits don't roll over. With a few months left in 2026, now is the perfect time to schedule any needed treatment - or even just your second cleaning of the year.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Don't leave money on the table. Book before the end-of-year rush!
