05/01/2020

We are happy to announce that we will reopen our office and serve our community again on Monday, May 4th. We will begin to see patients for regular appointments with extended measures to further protect all our patients and team.

Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the U.S Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

Safety with high standard of care is always our priority. Therefore, we are updating our office protocols as the followings:
- Anyone with a cough or fever will not be permitted in our office and should stay home.
- All patients will be asked to complete the COVID-19 Risk Assessment questionnaire prior to the appointment.
- Patient will be asked kindly to stay in the car instead of the waiting room area until the operatory room is ready. Patient will be called when we are ready.
- Only the patient will be allowed in the office. Parents, family and friends should remain in their vehicle.
- Upon entering our office, patient will be asked to sanitize his/her hands.
- At the beginning of every appointment, patient will be asked to pre-rinse with Peridex mouth wash which has antibacterial property.
- All our operatory rooms will be cleaned and disinfected before any appointment.
- Our working team will be equipped with personal protective equipment as directed by the CDC; including Kn95 masks, face shield and disposable gowns.

We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any question you may have about the steps we take to keep you safe in our practice.

Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming back our patients, neighbors and friends.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PATIENTS

With so many news stories, it’s understandable to be concerned about the new coronavirus that causes COVID-19. Please know that the precautions your dentist already takes every day to prevent the spread of infection in our practice also helps prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We are open and will continue to see our patients unless you are NOT feeling well.

-If you have or have had a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or flu like symptoms please call our office and reschedule your appointment.

-We ask that our patients wait in their vehicles prior to their appointment & give us a quick call to check in. We will then call to let you know when our staff is ready for you.

-We ask that patients come to their appointments unaccompanied. Family, friends, and spouses will be asked to wait in their vehicle during your appointment.

We apologize for any inconvenience these policies may cause you and your family. Please feel free to call us if you have any questions or concerns.

We are serving our patients in the safest manner possible by following the advice of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention under these difficult circumstances. In doing this, we will safeguard the health and safety of our patients, our care providers, and the whole community. We hope you understand, and we thank you for your cooperation.
