Happy Boss’s Day, Dr. Hafen!

A good boss does more than lead a team. They create an environment where people feel supported, respected, and encouraged to grow.

Thank you, Dr. Hafen, for your honesty, your willingness to share your knowledge, and for challenging us to keep learning and improving. Most importantly, thank you for creating a workplace where we can work hard, laugh often, and genuinely enjoy being part of the team.

We appreciate all you do for us

BTW: Shoutout to Xaivia who is the mastermind behind the Boss’s Day celebrations and each year is more elaborate than the last!

This year was Spider-Man themed with an adult sized ball pit that even our UPS driver couldn’t resist diving into.

Did anyone else see that sign in the sky? 👀☁️

Dr. Hafen and Andrea are pretty sure it was a sign… and not a subtle one! 🦷🗓️

Whether you’re overdue for a visit or it’s time for your next checkup, consider this your friendly reminder to schedule your dental appointment!

Don’t like flossing? 🦷

Capri has a great tip for you! 😂

All kidding aside, nothing replaces flossing! Here are a few tips to make it easier:

🦷 Find your floss! Not all floss is created equal. Experiment with different types until you find one that works best for you.

📺 Make it convenient! There’s no rule that says you have to floss in front of a mirror. Watching TV or enjoying another hands-free activity? Perfect time to floss!

💦 Give water flossers a try! They’re great for cleaning hard-to-reach areas and around dental work, but they don’t completely replace traditional flossing.

Sorry about that! 😂

Every time a dental appointment is missed, a member of our Olympia Hills Family Dental team is left with an empty chair. 💔

They wonder if you’re okay. If you’re stuck in traffic. If you remembered to floss. How’s your mom and them are doing.

The worrying. The waiting. The staring longingly out the window.

But YOU can make a difference.

For as little as keeping your dental appointment—or calling to reschedule when you can’t—you can bring a smile back to a dental professional’s face.

It’s not too late. Call now: 210-658-3131.

Together, we can end the sadness. ❤️

Our hygienists get soooo excited when they teach a patient the importance of oral hygiene and the patient becomes an avid flosser!

Way to go Lori, one more smile saved!
