UPDATE ON LITTLE ROCK PRODENTAL OFFICE STATUS

Yesterday (March 16, 2020) the American Dental Association issued a recommendation that all dental offices across America cease all elective procedures for the next three weeks. At this time this is a precautionary move and certainly one that can change as more is known about this epidemic. At Little Rock ProDental we are choosing to cancel our scheduled appointments one week at a time (as more and more information-and misinformation- becomes available!). Therefore, for the scheduled appointments for this week (3/16 - 3/20) are being cancelled. As more is known we will keep all of you informed concerning our availability. Any and all dental emergencies will be addressed promptly.

If any of you have a desire to cancel your already scheduled appointment, please do so at your earliest convenience. We need to not only keep you safe, but we need to keep our team safe and not wondering when or if they need to be present.

Thank you for your understanding in this matter, and thank you for your cooperation. These are unsettling times, but together we WILL beat this thing back. After all, this is America; let’s set an example and lead the world!!

A MESSAGE ABOUT COVID-19

Dear Friends,

As many of you know we here in America are fighting the COVID-19 virus that has literally turned our every-day-lives upside down. At this time very little is KNOWN about the way that this virus really works, Most of what is being directed towards the treatment of the disease is based upon the brief history that we have about it and/or the statistical data that has been collected on it. What IS KNOWN is that it is spread by inhalation, and reducing contact with groups of people reduces the risk of its spread. Here at Little Rock ProDental the welfare of our patients matters to us above anything else. Given the nature of our business whereby we constantly create super aerosols with the handpieces we feel that it is best to cancel appointments today (and possibly beyond) until we have a better grip on the understanding of this culprit and how to combat it. This does not in any way mean that emergencies won't be addressed -THEY WILL! All that we are attempting to do is to reduce the possible spread of this virus by not performing procedures that can be postponed until a more conducive time.

July 4th is far more than cookouts and fireworks! As we all enjoy this day of celebration let us remember that our freedom came with a very high price. All of us at Little Rock ProDental want to wish you and yours a happy 4th of July as we celebrate our freedom. Let freedom ring!!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🔔🇺🇸🔔. (By the way.....we welcome the pretty lady on the left and the newest member of our team, Kelsey Webber, RDH!!!! We already love her so much!)

Dr. Bussell is great. He takes the time to inform you of everything and is very personable. Very friendly office and dental staff. They were able to see my daughter the same day because of pain. They’re very good at reminders and work with your insurance. Highly recommend!

I got my teeth cleaned today at Dr. Bussell’s. My time was limited, so I was happy that within ten minutes after arrival I was in the chair getting them cleaned. X-rays showed that I could use some additional work. Dr. Bussell showed the x-rays to me, explained the issues and answered my questions...
