entists who joined together in the development of a group of high-end, trustworthy, reliable pediatric dental offices for infants, children, and adolescents. The doctors and staff use a multitude of experiences and treatment cases to learn best practices and are able to share their education with each other in order to offer comprehensive, advanced care founded on AAPD accepted clinical guidelines. Furthermore, Leap Kids Pediatric Dentistry has gone above and beyond to develop an in-depth Peer Review Program to ensure that the highest quality of care is provided in all of our clinics. Dr. James L. Bevans, a Pediatric Dentist who practiced in Little Rock from 1968-2017, was very instrumental in the creation of this group. He set the foundation for the best practices, rules, regulations, and guidelines for Leap Kids Pediatric Dental. Dr. Bevans was one of the first Pediatric Dentists in Arkansas to accept ARKids into his practice in the early 1970s, at a time when it was difficult to find a dental office that would do so. He did this without hesitation because he felt strongly that all children of Arkansas deserved his specialized care. In fact, Dr. Bevans never turned away a patient that was experiencing pain. Dr. Bryan K. Angel, a Pediatric Dentist who has been in Central Arkansas since 2002, has also had a significant influence on the development of this collaborative group of doctors. His postdoctoral training focused on the growth and development of infants, children, and individuals with special needs. Through Leap, he takes pride in guiding the oral health of youth through their dental growth and development. His expertise lends itself very well to collaborating with other doctors to develop custom treatment plans for so many children. Leap Kids Pediatric Dental provides comprehensive care to address the needs of all patients – education in oral hygiene, regular and emergency examinations, preventive care, dietary consultation and dental rehabilitation including sedation and hospital dentistry are just some of the services we proudly offer.
