Did you know the best time for an ortho checkup is actually around age 7? 🦷✨
Most people think orthodontics has to wait until the teens, but it’s much easier to guide a growing jaw now than it is to fix a hardened one later.
Dr. Yu introduced Interceptive Orthodontics after seeing too many older patients deal with avoidable overcrowding and expensive treatments. By starting early, we can:
✅ Create room for big adult teeth before they get stuck.
✅ Correct bite issues while the jaw is still flexible.
✅ Shorten (or even skip!) years of intense braces down the road.
