Family Dentistry of Lititz was established in 1983 by Brian D. Dr. Sowatsky is a graduate of Ball State University and Indiana University School of Dentistry. As a general and restorative dentist, Dr. Sowatsky is experienced in all phases of dentistry, including: Preventive, Restorative (including fillings, crowns and bridgework), Implants, Surgery and Pediatrics.

Want a brighter smile? Here are a few ways to help reduce yellowing teeth:

🪥 Brush 2x daily with a fluoride toothpaste
🦷 Don’t skip flossing — plaque buildup causes staining
☕ Limit coffee, tea, soda & red wine when possible
🚭 Avoid smoking or to***co products
💧 Drink water after staining foods/drinks
😁 Schedule regular professional cleanings

Sometimes yellow teeth are surface stains… and sometimes they’re deeper discoloration that whitening treatments can help with!
