Elliott Family Dentistry is participating in the collection of shoes and socks. Please read below for details.

We are collecting shoes and socks in honor of our son, Xavier, to donate to Kennedy Krieger Institute. These shoes and socks benefit many children and young adults in a variety of programs.
was started as a way to honor Xavier after he passed away in 2017. Xavier had a rare genetic syndrome called Schinzel-Giedion Syndrome. Xavier was always known for his awesome footwear. We always said, just because he could not walk didn’t mean he couldn’t have cool shoes. We think every child deserves cool shoes!
Items are needed by March 13, 2026:
• New shoes in infant through teen/adult sizes
(we especially need school aged (youth) sizes and wide widths)
• New socks (the cooler the better!) in all sizes; especially long socks to be used with braces
