Today we want to recognize someone who truly is the heart behind so much of what we do. For 47 YEARS, Debi has been a dedicated part of our dental family. She was one of Dr. Keith Dedmond’s first dental assistants coming to work for him when she was almost 19 years old and just graduated from Central Piedmont Dental Program. Her commitment, loyalty, and hard work are unmatched. Our office simply would not be the same without her. She’s the coordinator of all things—our CE’s, our supplies, always planning the next office outing or event, celebrating birthdays, always making sure everyone feels included. She takes care of all of the New patients that come in to our practice. She has a special way of thinking of others first, constantly going above and beyond to make both our team and our patients feel cared for. Her servant’s heart doesn’t stop at our office. She pours so much into our community, always looking for ways to give back, support others, and make a positive difference. Whether it’s helping organize community events or quietly lending a hand where it’s needed most, her generosity inspires everyone around her. When she’s not keeping all of us straight, you’ll most likely find her soaking up the sun at Oak Island—her “happy place” with her husband of 40 years, Doug. They have one son, Kenan and a grand dog, Tuffy that she is smitten with. We are so lucky to have a “Debi” here! We thank you for 47 incredible years of dedication, kindness, laughter, and selfless service. Your impact reaches far beyond these walls, and we are so grateful for everything you do.
