A personal note from Dr. Mike:
Our hearts are deeply saddened to learn of the sudden passing of our friend and former office manager, Donna Welch-Justice. Donna was the first person I met 36 years ago when I arrived for an interview as a new dentist fresh out of school. She gave me the job and luckily for me stayed on as my office manager for over 20 years and what I learned from her over the years about running a business was and always will be invaluable.
The front desk/office manager with the big smile and great laugh, Donna truly became so much more to me and everyone who worked with her or knew her through the office. Donna made many friends and developed great relationships with my family, the patients and of course our entire work "family" that continued well past her retirement at the end of 2013.
Even after she left we always kept in touch inside and out of the office and it was great to see her enjoying her retirement with Charlie, her family and granddaughters who were the apple of her eye - always so proud to talk about the times they shared and their accomplishments. Our hearts go out to her entire family as they adjust to a new world without her in it.
Co-worker, amazing employee, mentor, friend and "big sister" - Donna was so much more than someone who worked here. She was truly loved and will be dearly missed by everyone who was lucky enough to know her. Rest easy, Donna, until we meet again.
