1. Remember to brush twice a day. Routines may be fewer in the summer, so don't forget to brush.
2. Drink plenty of water. This helps flush bacteria, prevents dry mouth, and keeps you hydrated on hot days.
3. Eat fruits and vegetables often and limit the ice cream and sugary snacks. This diet not only helps you be physically healthier but also prevents cavities.
