Fresh bristles. Fresh start. October is the perfect time to retire your toothbrush or electric toothbrush head that’s been through all your summer getaways. Remember to replace your toothbrush or electronic toothbrush head every 3-4 months, or sooner, if you become ill or notice fraying. Give your toothbrush a Q4 reset and finish out the year strong. 💪🏻🪥
