Lexington Dental Center General Practice Dentistry If less than 24 hours notice is given, a charge of $25 will be billed to patient.

Missed Appointment Policy:

There will be a charge of $50 for a failed Appointment with our Hygienist

$75 for a failed Appointment with our Doctors

Unless we are given at least a 24 Hour notice. Thank you for your cooperation and understand, as everyone's time is valuable. And we appreciate your time coming to visit us here at Lexington Dental Center.
