Many of you know Debbie as one of the smiling faces helping patients achieve healthier smiles at Dental Wellness of Lexington. What you may not know is that her passion for health and wellness extends far beyond our office walls!

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, Debbie is dedicated to helping patients improve their oral and overall health. In the evenings, she shares that same passion as a Certified Cardio Dance Fitness Instructor, bringing energy, movement, and joy to her community through dance.

Now, Debbie is taking the stage as a participant in Dancing with the Lexington Stars to support the Rotary Club of Lexington and the incredible work they do in our community.

Nighttime! Going to bed without brushing allows bacteria and plaque to sit on your teeth for hours while you sleep.

Absolutely. Many medications can cause dry mouth, which increases your risk for cavities and other dental concerns.
