Pugh and Miller Pugh both obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology at UNC Chapel Hill and a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree, DMD at the ECU School of Dental Medicine. As family dentists, they can provide patients with the care they need at any stage of life, from teaching small children basic brushing and dental hygiene to providing older children and teens with orthodontic treatments to improve their confidence and smiles. Dr. Pugh and Dr. Miller Pugh work to help families of all ages maintain their dental health with oral cancer screenings, routine cleanings, filling cavities, and performing extractions as needed. Because your oral health needs are more than cleanings and teeth whitening, the office of Scott Z. Pugh, DMD and Caitlin Miller Pugh, DMD offer a variety of other services. If you are apprehensive about dental treatment, we offer nitrous oxide sedation in a calming atmosphere. If you have an oral infection, our dental office can perform a root canal or extraction to relieve your pain and help you feel normal again. If you are insecure about the state of your smile, Drs. Pugh and Miller Pugh, and their team will fit you with dental crowns, bridges, and dental veneers, in addition to improving the way your teeth look and feel.
