Dear Joy Dentistry Patients,

We are reaching out to share an important update regarding our dental team.

Dr. Oh will be leaving Joy Dentistry as he prepares for an upcoming move. His final day with our practice will be October 1st. While we are very sad to see him go, we are grateful for the care, dedication, and relationships he has shared with our patients and team during his time with us, and we wish him nothing but the best in this next chapter.

We understand that a change in your dental provider can feel unexpected, especially when you have developed a relationship and sense of trust with your doctor. We want to reassure you that your care and continuity of treatment remain our highest priorities throughout this transition.

If you currently have treatment planned with Dr. Oh and would like to see him before his departure, please contact our office as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate you before his final day on October 1st.

In the weeks following Dr. Oh’s departure, an experienced and seasoned provider will be caring for our patients and supporting the practice during this transition. This will allow us to continue providing care while our new doctor completes the insurance credentialing process, becomes familiar with our practice and team, and prepares to fully take over the care of our patients.

We recognize that transitions like this can bring questions or concerns, and we want you to feel comfortable reaching out to us. Our team is here to help answer questions about upcoming appointments, treatment plans, insurance, or anything else related to your care.

Most importantly, Joy Dentistry is still your dental home. Our team remains here, and we are committed to making this transition as smooth and comfortable as possible for every one of our patients.
