We are again CLOSED to new patients.
We filled all available appointments by 9:45am after opening the phones at 8:00am.
At this time we do not have another date to call to become a new patient, check on our website in July for an update.

We genuinely appreciate how many people would love to come see us and are grateful that we are in such high demand.

Here's an update on scheduling an appointment with us :)

If you are a new patient who needs a repair or reline of an existing denture/partial, call the office, we're scheduling between 1-2 weeks out. If you are new patient who needs a new denture or partial, I'm sorry, we're booked through the end of July and are closed to new patients. You can call the office on May 4th at 8:00am to schedule August and September.

If you are a previous patient and need a repair or reline of an existing denture, call the office and we will schedule you where we can. It may also be 1-2 weeks out depending on how many repairs we currently have in the office. If you are a previous patient that needs a new denture or partial call the office to schedule, knowing that we are booking in the June/July area. Though this will change as the days pass. We will always schedule in previous patients, it may just be a while from now.

We are so grateful that we are so busy, but that does come with us having to tell people "not today" or "not soon". Each provider can only see so many patients in a day. If we can't see you today it's because their time is already scheduled with OTHER PEOPLE.

Thank you for your understanding and patience. We are doing our very best to be available for our patients.

WE ARE OPEN TO NEW PATIENTS

We are scheduling new patients for new partials and dentures for the months of June and July 2026.

You must have a scheduled appointment to be put on our cancellation list.

Phone calls start TODAY, Monday March 2nd at 8am.

Once those months are filled we will close again to new patients.

We are NOT a MaineCare Billing Facility.

We DO NOT file claims to Humana, Martin's Point, WellCare, or Anthem BC/BS that uses Liberty Dental.

We are NOT IN NETWORK with ANY insurance company - any balance not paid by insurance is the responsibility of the patient.

February 2026 Update

We are going strong here at the office - seeing patients every day with all 3 providers.

So far the winter weather has only hit us with 1 snow day!!

We feel very blessed to have so many returning patients who trust our work and want to come back for the next set of dentures. We love to educate people here and answering questions is never a problem for us, regardless of if you are a previous patient or a new patient. It is important to us that you feel welcome.

That being said, we will not reschedule someone already in our calendar who has been waiting for their turn just because someone feels their situation is more of an emergency or more important. (And if I'm taking the time to post this it's more than a single person at a single time asking for this type of treatment.)

Sometimes dogs get dentures. Sometimes a sneeze releases suction and causes a denture to fly to the floor. Sometimes a visit to the hospital results in a saved life but a lost denture. Each of these unexpected situations really creates an issue and can greatly impact your individual situation, but it does not affect the lives of the other patients in our office.

We LOVE our providers here at the office.

They very rarely receive complaints and EVERYONE wants to see them....including their families.

We will not be asking them to work longer hours or more days to see more people. We will continue to see as many patients as we can every day and still be able to complete work that is excellent in both fit and function.

Our holiday schedule is listed. Our answering machine should record your message (as long as there is power to the building). We will return calls as soon as we are back in the office for the next work day.

Please, when we don't answer you the way you would like, when we don't get you in when you want to be seen, when we're closed for a holiday you think we should be open for, please be kind and understand we are just people too.

Please be patient with Sonya and Jessi when you talk to them on the phone and are trying to schedule an appointment.

There are only so many hours in a day and they will give you the next available appointment for what you need to be seen for. They are not trying to block you from coming into the office, they are just not willing to cancel an already scheduled patient or double book the provider to see you.

We want to treat every patient with the utmost care and provide them a great experience as they are getting dentures. We can only do this if we allow ourselves enough time to do the work properly, well, and with kindness. No one wants to be rushed through their scheduled time!

Phone lines open to schedule new patients for new dentures and partials in February and March 2026. Once those months are booked we will again close to new patients.
Previous patients are still being scheduled though they are also booking in the February/March area. Only patients that are currently scheduled for an appointment can be placed on the cancellation list.
Please be kind and patient with us while we handle the influx of calls. We really are giving you the next available appointment, others have just already been scheduled ahead of you. As much as we love helping as many people as possible we are not willing to cancel one person's appointment to schedule another person instead.
