Our December 2019 "I Love to Smile winner is Katelynn, a 6th grader at Sagamore Middle School in Farmingdale. Her favorite subject is English Language Arts. Her hobby is dancing. When asked what she will do with her $50 gift card, Katelyn answered, "Clothes!"

Great experience. My daughter was in for a consultation. Dr O was both personable and professional. Girls @ the front desk were pleasant. Elizabeth was the nurse that took care of us and she was great!
