DELTA DENTAL PLANS HOLDERS

We are currently in the process of renegotiating our contracts with Delta Dental. Of ALL of the dental companies that we are contracted with, Delta Dental has made working with them very difficult. From not speaking to us about your plan benefits, to creating more and more restrictions on plans in order to keep your premiums we are finding it difficult to maintain a relationship.

The cost of doing business has increased dramatically and we are looking for them to negotiate better fees in order to provide the level of care we want to give ALL of our patients. Rather than help offset the costs they have elected to drop their reimbursements which puts our office “in the red” for those procedures.

Our ideal outcome would be that Delta improves fees comparable to that of the other companies that we are contracted with currently. We will keep everyone updated as our credentialing team goes through this process.
