We are located in a brand-new office with state-of-the-art equipment and lots of natural light. If you have a positive disposition, cheerful attitude, are accountable and reliable, THIS is your ideal opportunity!

Job responsibilities include:

· Ensure a great first impression when greeting patients

· Add value to the patient experience

· Comfortable with computer skills

· Able to communicate well

· Assist with all endondontic procedures including apical surgeries

· Cross-training for all office tasks including initial patient greeting, answering
phones, patient scheduling and billing, etc.

The qualities we are looking for in an ideal candidate:

· Love people

· Cheerful attitude

· Attention to detail

· Flexible

· Comfortable talking and building relationships

· Able to work independently and within the team

· Can follow written and verbal directions well

· Responsible and reliable

While dental experience and a year or two of assisting experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Being an assistant in a specialty office is different from assisting with general dentistry and we will train the right candidate with all the skills needed to be an exceptional endodontic assistant.

Compensation and benefits include: competitive hourly wage, paid holidays, paid vacation time, sick time, 401k, and continuing education.
