A few simple habits that really help keep your teeth healthy and bright 🤪

• rinse with water after coffee
• wait about 30 minutes before brushing
• use a straw when you can
• stay consistent with brushing and flossing
• keep up with regular dental cleanings

“Rethinking Implant Maintenance: A Contemporary Perspective,”
focused on modern approaches to implant care, prevention, and long-term results.

Led by Lynn Pencek, RDH, MS and Kristen Ranaldo, RDH, BSDH,
the course covered early detection, risk factors, and updated protocols for maintaining healthy implants.
