No pain doesn’t always mean no problem.
Our patient came in concerned about puffiness around the implant area. Upon examination, we found a deep pocket and bone loss around the implant that needed immediate treatment.
We cleaned the infection and placed bone graft to restore a healthier foundation around the implant.
If something around your implant looks or feels unusual, don’t ignore it.
