Start. Scale. Soar. …and everything in between ✨

I had the honor of being on stage at the Loudoun Small Business Summit with such powerful and inspiring women - Jen Polt, Becky Harris, and Dr. Nandini Selvam - sharing the real stories behind building a business - not just the wins, but the pivots, the pressure, and the moments where you’re figuring it out in real time.

Because the truth is…there is no perfect balance.

But there is rhythm.

And when you’re in a room full of people building something meaningful - you feel that.

So grateful to be part of this conversation and the Loudoun County community 🤍

Thank you to Loudoun Economic Development for creating a space where stories like this can be shared.

I’ve been working on something quietly behind the scenes for the last 6 months, and tonight it finally came to life. My heart is full. 🤍

We had our first Half Nester™ pilot group session and I’m still soaking it in. Half Nester™ is so dear to my heart, and creating it has been incredibly special, because it’s coming straight from a season I’ve lived, and a language I needed too.

A room of amazing and beautiful women showed up honest, tender, and real, sharing stories with the kind of vulnerability that instantly makes you feel less alone. This is exactly why Half Nester™ exists: to give language to the season you’re in, and to build the kind of community where you don’t have to carry it by yourself. 🤍

More to come. If this resonates, learn more at halfnester.com and follow along at

One of the most powerful things about conversations like this is realizing you are not alone.

When people are willing to share best practices, talk through real issues, and openly say what is working, everyone grows.

There is so much value in learning from each other.
Not just in solving problems, but in being reminded that we do not have to do it all by ourselves.

Grateful for the kind of collaboration that makes us all better. ✨

I'm absolutely delighted to have connected with Allison Lacoursiere, Allison Professional Coaching!

She's a powerhouse of knowledge and possesses a unique talent for creating supportive peer groups specifically for dental practice owners. What resonates most with me is her understanding of the unique challenges women face in this industry.

I'm honored to be a part of her network, to partner with her in supporting women dentists, and to have the opportunity to openly discuss the real, often unspoken, issues that dental practice owners face.

The ability to share experiences and learn from each other is invaluable. I'm thrilled to see what the future holds for our collaboration and the positive impact we can have on the lives and practices of dentists.

What a great Mastermind session last night.

We reviewed January numbers, then each member brought their number one issue from their practice to the table. Using IDS, we worked through each challenge together, uncovering clear, actionable solutions.

The power of this group is that every issue discussed helps everyone - ideas transfer, patterns emerge, and solutions can be implemented right away.

Real momentum. Real support. Real progress.

Grateful for this community and the way they show up for one another. 🤍✨

Mastermind session on Tuesday was the kind that leaves you both energized and clear. ✨🤍

We did a full 2025 look-back and then used the Gap vs Gain lens to see what was actually true:
Not “how far we still have to go,” but what we’ve built, strengthened, and stabilized.

Then we applied it straight into 2026 planning:
✅ How we’ll use our EOS tools as evidence (Scorecard, Rocks, Issues, VTO)
✅ How “optimization” can serve us without draining us
✅ How systems evolve when your identity as the leader evolves

And my favorite part, we took it beyond the practice.
We talked about personal KPIs for sustainability, because if the leader is running on empty, the practice will eventually feel it too.

If you had to pick one word for 2026, what would it be?

Drop it in the comments, and tell me what you want it to create in your life and practice.

Closing out 2025 with so much love and gratitude.

My word this year was rhythm and honestly… it delivered.

This year stretched me and brought me back to what matters most: my people, my health, and my peace.

Not more hustle. More rhythm.

And heading into 2026, I’m moving in a way that feels more aligned and more expansive. Lighter. Clearer. More intentional.

What’s one word you’re bringing with you?

Our final Mastermind session of the year was a powerful one, centered on reflection and intention.

Each member walked through the LEADS framework and shared their biggest personal and professional win within each pillar, plus what they want to strengthen as they step into 2026.

It was honest, grounding, and energizing all at once.

Because reflection is where growth gets integrated.
And clarity is what turns a full year of effort into real momentum.

The perfect way to close out the year and head into 2026 aligned and ready. 🤍✨

This one is tender for me.

Yesterday my daughter, , recorded a podcast conversation about what it was really like growing up with a high achieving, entrepreneurial mom

I was not on the episode and I have not listened yet. It comes out in the new year and I already feel incredibly proud.

As a parent who spent years building a practice, a team, and a business, I know I did not get it right all the time. Hearing Liv share her side is a gift, even when it stretches me.

If you are a driven parent who loves your work and your kids, I hope this episode gives you a chance to pause, reflect, and offer yourself a little more grace.

Proud of you, Liv. Thank you for sharing your heart. 💛
And thank you, .marzolino , for giving her the mic and creating space for this conversation.
