Underbite ✔️ Crossbite ✔️ Two impacted canines ✔️ All treated with clear aligners.

This was one of the more complex bites we see. The patient had a Class III bite (underbite), a posterior crossbite, and two canines that were stuck and hadn’t come in.
I treated it with clear aligners and elastics, guiding the canines into place and bringing the bite together, all in 22 months.

A complicated case doesn’t always mean you’re limited to braces or need jaw surgery. It starts with a specialist evaluation that looks at the whole face, not just the teeth.

This patient saw their general dentist who told him that he was not a candidate for clear aligners. The dentist said they are "certified for Invisalign" but and that they could do it but it "might not fix everything".

They decided to come see Dr. Strouse, an orthodontic specialist, who took comprehensive records and completed a full exam. We knew we could provide this patient amazing results.

He met with other doctors who use the KLOwen system and was invited to present some of his custom braces cases to the other doctors in the room sharing his expertise, tips and tricks on custom orthodontics.
He also toured the manufacturing facility where our braces are made and got an in-depth look at the process behind them, from start to finish.

Myth: You need a referral to see an orthodontist!

Truth is, you don't need a note from your dentist or permission from anybody but yourself if you want to improve your smile and bite (or your child's).

If you're curious about your smile (or your kid's), you can book a complimentary consultation with us directly, no referral, no waiting on someone else to make the call.

Believe it or not, for kids, parents are often able to detect something is off track with tooth and jaw development much more frequently than the general dentist.
