Mascoma Dental Associates has been serving the Upper Valley region of New Hampshire and Vermont since 1982. Roy Knights, DMD; and Mark Governo, DMD, along with our experienced support staff work together to provide complete dental care for adults and children in a caring and comfortable office environment, conveniently located in Lebanon NH. We offer general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, as well as veneers, whitening and Invisalign aligners.

We are happy to report that starting on Monday, July 12, 2021, patients can enter the building without the need of texting beforehand. Our front door will be unlocked, but for the safety of our staff and all our patients, masks are still required- regardless of vaccination status- and must be on before entering the building. Masks must cover your nose and mouth and be worn at all times other than when in treatment.

We understand that not everyone agrees with the various protocols regarding Covid, but we ask you to please respect our policies which were put in place by the recommendations of the CDC, ADA & OSHA. Our goal is not to inconvenience you, but to provide you with quality dental care in a safe and comfortable environment. Our staff’s safety and our patient’s safety is our top priority.

We will be happy to accommodate those of you who still prefer to text us at 603-667-8996 upon arrival and wait in your vehicle. Otherwise, you may use our front entrance to check- in and utilize our waiting rooms.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding throughout this process. We are hopeful for more positive changes in the near future and look forward to seeing you at your next dental visit.

*PRE-SCREENING is required before your appointment. Please review the Patient Screening Form from the ADA. If you answer yes to any of these questions, please contact us.

*Upon arriving to your appointment, please text us your name @ (603) 667-8996 to let us know of your arrival. You will then wait in your car. When your provider is ready to see you, they will text or call you, then greet you at the front lobby/waiting area.

*All patients are required to wear a mask to appointments. Mask should be on before entering the building and at all times other than when in treatment.

It is imperative that your information be updated with us in order for us to reach you by phone, text or email. Please know that we adhere to the highest level of HIPAA regulations and that your information will never be shared.

In compliance with Gov. Sununu’s stay-at-home order, our office will continue to postpone elective procedures until May 4, 2020.
We will continue to be available for emergency dental care Monday-Friday 9am-1pm with a limited staff.
We appreciate your ongoing patience with the rescheduling of appointments during the next few weeks.

Important information regarding COVID-19

On Monday March 16, 2020, the ADA and the NHDS recommended that all dental offices postpone elective procedures for the next three weeks in order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Mascoma Dental Associates will be following this recommendation. During this period of time we will be open with a limited staff and will be concentrating on emergency dental care only. This will allow us to care for our emergency patients and alleviate the burden that dental emergencies would place on hospital emergency departments.

Our hope is to resume normal business on Wednesday, April 8,2020.
