With back to school right around the corner we wanted to share some tooth friendly snack ideas and some not so tooth friendly snacks.
Healthy options are crunchy vegetables and berries, healthy fats, eggs, cheese, peanut butter (be cautious of any allergies), mixed nuts and proteins.
You want to avoid the sticky, sugary foods and drinks. These foods can cause tooth decay. The best way to prevent decay is to brush and floss your teeth daily and visit the dentist twice a year to have your teeth cleaned and examined.
