Dear Our Wonderful Patients,
We wanted to share a little more personally about what has been happening in our office. Recently, a pipe unexpectedly burst and caused flooding throughout the space where we care for you every day. Seeing our office — a place that holds so many memories, conversations, and smiles — suddenly filled with water was incredibly difficult for our entire team.
This office is more than just a workplace to us. It’s where we’ve watched families grow, celebrated good checkups, comforted nervous patients, and built relationships that mean so much to us. In many ways, it feels like a second home. Seeing it damaged has been emotional for all of us.
While the repairs and construction are underway, we’re doing everything we can to keep moving forward and continue caring for our patients the best we can. Your patience, kindness, and understanding during this time truly mean more than we can express. Many of you have already reached out with encouraging words, and those small gestures have lifted our spirits more than you know.
This experience has reminded us how special our dental family really is. We are so grateful for each and every one of you and can’t wait to welcome you back into a restored, refreshed space very soon.
Thank you for standing with us through this unexpected chapter.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Your Dental Team 🦷💙
