1. Take medications exactly as prescribed and follow your surgeon's post-op instructions.
2. Give your body time to heal and avoid strenuous activity for the first few days.
3. Use ice packs as directed and keep your head elevated while resting.
4. Stick with soft, easy-to-eat foods and stay hydrated while you recover.
