Since April, we’ve started something special at our office that we call Lunch & Lounge. Once a month, during our lunch break, The Wellness Experience a massage therapist comes in and gives each member of our team a well-deserved massage.

In a profession that’s physically and mentally demanding, this has become more than just a perk—it’s a reminder to slow down, recharge, and prioritize wellness. A little self-care goes a long way, and we’re grateful to work in an environment that values the people behind the smiles.
