Dr. Tonique L. Reynolds — A Healer, Scholar, Innovator, and Community Pillar
Dr. Tonique L. Reynolds stands as a shining example of what it means to lead with brilliance, compassion, and purpose. A proud 1993 graduate of Howard University, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and was inducted into the Beta Kappa Chi National Scientific Honor Society, marking the beginning of a career defined by academic excellence and scientific rigor.
She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey—now Rutgers School of Dental Medicine—where she distinguished herself as a member of the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society and completed an externship at Staten Island University Hospital. Her commitment to mastery continued through a comprehensive General Practice Residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center, where she trained extensively in dental emergencies, trauma, oral surgery, pediatrics, cosmetic dentistry, and full-scope general dentistry.
A Leader Who Builds, Serves, and Transforms
Dr. Reynolds’ career reflects both courage and calling. After serving as Dental Director of Horizon Health Center in her hometown of Jersey City, she relocated to Georgia and—after years of corporate practice—stepped out on faith to establish Family Smile Center, LLC, her own private practice dedicated to restoring smiles and changing lives.
Her pursuit of excellence never stopped. She has completed advanced training in:
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Oral implantology
• Orthodontics
• Comprehensive restorative dentistry
Her dedication earned her recognition as a Fellow in Dental Implantology through Implant Pathway in Tempe, Arizona, as well as fellowship status with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and certification as a TeethXpress® full‑arch implant provider.
A Professional Rooted in Service and Community
Dr. Reynolds is an active member of the American Dental Association®, Georgia Dental Association, Northern District Dental Society, and the Hinman Dental Society. She is also deeply connected to her community through Berean Christian Church Gwinnett and the Gwinnett County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Her passion is full mouth rehabilitation and implant dentistry—restoring not only teeth, but confidence, self‑esteem, and quality of life. Her patients describe her as a healer, a comforter, and a perfectionist who treats every smile as a work of art.
A Woman of Strength, Grace, and Legacy
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Reynolds is the proud mother of two accomplished adult daughters. She finds joy in the beach, music, dancing, and staying active—living a life that reflects balance, gratitude, and joy.
