One of the most important things in life, is to count your blessings daily.

Western dentists may earn US$500 to US$1000 per hour. This man works for US$30 per month and takes whatever fee a patient can give, or not. OK, he works on t...

Dental Tourism,
In the last few years, a new tourism has been gaining popularity, where westerners would travel to other countries to get cheap dental work, at a fraction of what they would pay in their own countries.
And as the name implies, cheap work comes with poor quality.
I have seen few people lately who went to South and Central America to have some dental work.
Here is a case that I saw not too long ago. The patient went to to one country in Central America, and he had two implants done, where one implant failed immediately with subsequent bone resorption around the implant, and both implants were placed in a less than ideal location when it is time to be restored with a crown.
For me, this kind of dentistry, is nothing more than a short cut, and as the name implies, short cut, is anything but an ideal approach.
If you have any specific concerns that you want me to address for you, you can go to our website: caribbeandentist.com, and drop me a few lines, with your specific question, and I will be happy to reply to you.

As the New Year approaches, and this year comes to an end, it would be a great time for us to reflect on this year before it is over, the achievements that we had, the setbacks that threw us off-course, the loved ones that we lost, the people that we touched, and the people that touched us.
For all of you, our dear patients, I want you to know that without you, it would have been impossible for me to do what I do, and to push myself beyond my limits, so that I can meet the trust that you put in me, and in everyone of Team Key West.

This year has been a great one for me. I just started an educational marathon that would take me to a three continents in three months.

May the New Year, and the spirit of Christmas bestow joy, health and fulfillment on all of you.
Andrew Arnouk and Team Key West.

Treating complicated cases requires a joint effort between the restorative dentist and a specialist/s. Over the years, I have worked on many of these cases.
I am grateful for all the efforts of Dr Kam Patel from Maple Lawn Orthodontics for the people that we did together to create that desired smile.

A life changing dental trauma
Dear friends of Key West Family Dentistry,
When you are young and healthy, and things are going well for you, you can take life for granted. But sometimes, life would have a different plans for you.
This is a case of a young person who had an unfortunate accident, that caused him to lose one third of his front tooth.
When unfortunate things happen to others, we usually say: That is sad, and then we go about our daily lives and forget about it, however, when an event like this happens to you, I promise that it would shatter your whole life right in front of your eyes, and your self-esteem would cease to exist.
Many questions would bombard your brain;
-What if I lost the tooth eventually?
-How am I going to work like this now?
-How can I smile and talk to people like this?
-Will I have pain later on?
And many more questions.
I deal with cases like this, and much more complicated cases, on a regular bases, and that is why my job is so rewarding.
Producing life-like results is our passion. If you ever wondered whether any imperfections in your smile, could be corrected.
I would love to share with you the possibilities
