Jose J. Velazquez DMD, LTD. Dr. Jose J. Velazquez takes pride in beautifying smiles, maintaining your dental health, and providing personalized dental care. Established in 1990.

Dr. Velazquez attended the University of Nevada, Reno for his undergraduate degree and then went on to Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri for dental school. Dr. Velazquez graduated in 1989 and has been practicing since 1991. Although he has graduated, Dr. Velazquez still continues on expanding his knowledge in dentistry by attending seminars and continuing education classes. Nikki and Me

lissa are our wonderful hygienists who are very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have about oral health. Rosie has been a dental and front office assistant of Dr. Velazquez for over 20 years. Rosie knows the in's and out's of this office. She can answer questions you may have regarding appointments or our office. Virginia is the dental assistant who makes sure the doctor has everything he needs at hand and makes sure that the patient is taken care of. Dr. Velazquez and his staff strive to provide the best dental experience as soon as you walk through our door. We are also happy to say that our office can communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
