🌿 Taking a walk in the park always helps me feel grounded.
The other day, as I was enjoying the fresh air, I remembered a lecture I attended at the IAOMT meeting in March about the environmental impact of mercury fillings — and one point really stuck with me.
If mercury fillings remain in someone’s mouth until they pass away, two things can happen:
⚰️ Burial: The mercury doesn’t break down like the rest of the body. It seeps into the soil, contaminating the ground.
🔥 Cremation: Mercury is released into the air, polluting the atmosphere.
And here’s another layer — if amalgams are removed unsafely, mercury can enter the sewage system or be released into the air during treatment, adding to environmental pollution.
This is why safe removal matters. When you choose to have your amalgams removed using the SMART Protocol (IAOMT) or the Protect Protocol (IABDM), you’re not just protecting your own health and your dental team’s health… you’re helping protect the Earth and future generations. 🌎💚
It’s amazing how interconnected everything is — and how our personal choices can ripple outward in ways we may not even realize.
💬 Have you had your amalgams removed safely by a biological dentist? I’d love to hear your story in the comments!

Gave my first TEN Talk with the GOL Network 🌿
Topic: How holistic dentistry can be a mirror to your whole-body health.

Public speaking = one of my biggest fears 😅
But I did it—and here’s what it gave me:
✨ Confidence to share my passion
✨ Clarity to explain complex ideas simply
✨ Connection with mind-body-spirit health lovers
✨ Curiosity about how the mouth connects to whole health
✨ The reminder that courage = taking the step even with fear

I loved sharing stories of patients—different ages, different symptoms—but all pointing back to the same thing: the mouth. Mercury fillings, infected root canals, jaw shape, size, and structure… all reflecting whole-body health.

💚 Thank you Nikki Macgreggor + GOL Network for having me!

Hey friends,
If you’ve ever dealt with unexplained pain or tension in your body — or wondered why some symptoms just keep coming back — this is something you’ll want to check out.

Tonight, Dr. Felix Liao is doing a free webinar on decoding the Pain Code through the lens of airway and fascia — two areas that are often overlooked but so foundational to how we feel and function.

No surgery, no meds — just a deeper understanding of what’s really going on beneath the surface.

It’s happening tonight at 8:30pm Eastern, and I’ll drop the registration link in the comments below.

One of my favorite procedures to perform at is safe mercury removal — and it’s not just because of the meticulous care we take with all the coverings and protective measures. It’s because of what it means for the patient.

Here’s why I love it:

1. We’re removing a toxic material that may be placing a silent burden on the body.

2. It supports the body’s detox pathways, helping patients heal and thrive more fully.

3. It helps the environment, too — less mercury waste means less pollution in our air, water, and soil, allowing all of us to better enjoy the earth we live on.

It’s incredibly rewarding to support patients in making empowered, health-conscious choices. Every step matters on the journey to wellness.

Got mercury fillings and curious about the removal process? Give us a call — we’d love to talk with you and help you get started on your oral health and wellness journey!

Revisiting two powerful reads: "It’s Okay to Be the " and "It’s Okay to Manage Your Boss" by Bruce Tulgan. I first read these during my time as a practice owner, and they’ve stuck with me ever since.

Now, as an associate dentist, I find even more relevance in their lessons. Practice ownership may not be my path anymore — but that doesn’t mean leadership and impact end there. As associates, we still have so much influence on patient outcomes, team energy, and the overall vibration of the practice.

Shout out to my fellow associate dentists: you are valued, and yes — you do rock the boat in the best way.

What do a dental hygienist, a dentist, and a physical therapist have in common? A shared understanding that the structure of the mouth and body are deeply interconnected—and that alignment in one affects balance in the other. Grateful to collaborate with like-minded professionals who see the same picture from different perspectives, all working toward whole-body health.

Feeling incredibly grateful and inspired after an amazing weekend at the in Salt Lake City! This experience deepened my understanding of mercury safety and reinforced why we prioritize safe mercury removal—not just for our patients and team, but also for the environment.

A huge thank you to for his groundbreaking work in uncovering the toxic effects of mercury on human health. We also explored the impact of fluoride on children and its long-term effects. One state already has plans to eliminate fluoride entirely from its main water supply—such a progressive move to see after all these years!

I was especially excited to dive into lectures on airway health and its profound impact on posture, movement, and overall well-being. And last but not least. The hest part of the conference - reconnecting with friends and colleagues who share this biological journey, exchanging ideas on how to elevate the health of our patients, our families, and ourselves.

Already looking forward to future conferences—because life is always better when you

Growing up in California, I was taught that fluoride should only be used on a person that really needed it. So if you didn't have a lot of cavities, you really didn't need it. Yet, when I went to dental school and started private practice right afterward, I was taught to give it to everyone as if it were a vitamin.

So glad to the government is seeing more evidence of fluoride lowering kids IQ.

And on top of that, so glad I am constantly seeing g more products in things such as toothpaste, toothpowders, and even in some of the dental materials I use in dentistry.
