We’re so proud that all of our young women are now CPR certified! Through this training, they’re gaining valuable skills and confidence to care for others when it matters most.

This is an important step toward becoming skilled, compassionate dental professionals!

Every mock patient our young women practice on, every skill they learn, and every challenge they overcome is bringing them one step closer to their dreams.

Meet Manimegala ✨
After losing her father at a young age, Manimegala joined DCI at 19 determined to build a better future for herself and her mother.

Today, she has worked in a private dental clinic in Colombo for nearly seven years and grown into a senior role. She is now continuing her education through the Office Management Diploma Program while working full-time, preparing for future leadership opportunities.

Nothing about her journey was handed to her—everything she has, she earned. Thanks to sponsors like you, Manimegala is continuing to build a stable and meaningful future for herself and her family.

These young women are building futures they once never imagined—beyond what they thought was possible. We are so proud of the strong, independent women they have become as they step confidently into the workforce and create new opportunities for themselves.
