One of our favorite parts of this case was that we were able to achieve this transformation with a non-extraction approach by developing the arches and creating space while maintaining a full, healthy smile. 🦷🩷
We also worked to bring the upper jaw forward 💫 which helped improve her bite relationship, correct the underbite tendency, and create a more balanced smile and facial profile ✨. By improving the upper arch position, we were able to create more beautiful tooth display when she smiles 😍😁
