Today we are celebrating Vicki Wells and her 20-year anniversary with Boston Dental and BDG! 🎉

Vicki started with Boston Dental in 2006, and over the past two decades, she has truly become the backbone of the office. Through years of growth and change, Vicki has been a constant — someone her patients, teammates, and doctors know they can always count on.

As a hygienist, Vicki has dedicated her career to taking care of others. Over the past 20 years, she has helped tens of thousands of patients improve and maintain their oral health, while building relationships with patients and families that have lasted for years.

Twenty years with one organization is an incredible accomplishment and speaks volumes about Vicki’s loyalty, dedication, work ethic, and commitment to her patients and team.

Happy 10 Years to Dr. Justice! 🦷👑

Today we’re celebrating 10 incredible years with Dr. Justice! For an entire decade, he has been an important part of the BDG family and an outstanding NE Partner, dentist, mentor, and teammate at Boston Dental.

Around here, he’s earned a reputation as the Implant & Root Canal King 👑 taking on some of the toughest cases and always being someone our doctors and teams can count on. His clinical skill, experience, and commitment to his patients have made a huge impact over the years.

But what makes Dr. Justice so special goes beyond dentistry. He has been a great partner to BDG, a leader within our offices, and someone who has helped countless patients get out of pain, restore their smiles, and feel confident about their dental care.

Dr. Ting also made a special trip to celebrate this milestone with Dr. Justice and recognize everything he has contributed over the past decade.

Today, we’re proud to celebrate an incredible milestone - Dr. Rosales’ 15-year anniversary with the BDG family! 🦷

For the past 15 years, Dr. Rosales has been an amazing partner and owner of Boston Dental at Anthem Highlands, helping shape the practice into what it is today. Over the years, he has had the privilege of helping tens of thousands of patients, making a lasting difference in their smiles, confidence, and overall dental health.

His dedication goes far beyond patient care. Dr. Rosales has been a tremendous leader, partner, and supporter of his team, and his impact can be felt throughout Boston Dental Anthem and the entire BDG family.

What an incredible afternoon at our BDG Family Pickleball Event! Thank you to all of our team members and families who joined us at Vegas Indoor Pickleball for an afternoon filled with fun, friendly competition, great food, and even better company.

From first-time players to seasoned pickleball pros, everyone brought amazing energy and enthusiasm to the courts. Events like these remind us that the BDG family extends beyond the workplace and that some of our greatest successes come from the relationships we build with one another.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this event such a success. We loved seeing teammates connect, families have fun together, and plenty of memorable rallies and laughs along the way.

We had an incredible time at our recent hygiene-focused course, “Missed Opportunities to Clinical Confidence,” in partnership with Dental Education Partners 🙌

A huge thank you to Mary Hughes and her amazing team Dental Education Partners for delivering an engaging and impactful 4-hour training for our BDG hygienists and hygiene assistants.

This course was all about elevating patient care, helping our team identify missed opportunities, build clinical confidence, and utilize the latest advancements in dental technology, including AI, to provide the most comprehensive care possible. 🦷✨

What a fun way to celebrate with Team BDG today! 🐰🎉

Our Easter exchange was a huge success, thank you to all BDG Support team member who joined in and made it such a great time! From sweet treats to fun little goodies, everyone brought such creative and thoughtful items, and it was awesome seeing the mix of everything come together.

Even better than the goodies was the laughter, the energy, and just taking a break to enjoy time together as a team. Moments like this are what make our culture so special.
