Today we’re celebrating someone who has been part of BDG’s story for 20 years, Joey!

From Business Assistant to Regional Manager and now a member of our RCM team, Joey has worked in nearly every part of BDG. Behind those titles are years of showing up, learning, helping others, and growing alongside this team.

Joey, you’ve given so much of yourself to BDG over the past two decades. Your experience and dedication mean a great deal, but so do the relationships you’ve built and the people you’ve supported along the way.

Thank you for choosing to spend these 20 years with us. You are appreciated, and we’re so glad to celebrate you.

Happy 20th anniversary, Joey!

BDG FAMILY NIGHT AT THE BALLPARK!

What an incredible night with our BDG family at Las Vegas Ballpark!

More than 100 of our team members and their families came together for a night of baseball, great food, laughs, and some quality time outside of the office. We even got to celebrate an Aviators WIN and finish the night with fireworks! 🎉

Events like this are a great reminder that BDG is about more than the work we do every day, it’s about the people, the relationships, and the families behind our team.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us and helped make the night so much fun. We loved seeing everyone together and creating some great memories!

⚾ Great people. Great families. Great night.

Happy 10 Years to Dr. Justice! 🦷👑

Today we’re celebrating 10 incredible years with Dr. Justice! For an entire decade, he has been an important part of the BDG family and an outstanding NE Partner, dentist, mentor, and teammate at Boston Dental.

Around here, he’s earned a reputation as the Implant & Root Canal King 👑 taking on some of the toughest cases and always being someone our doctors and teams can count on. His clinical skill, experience, and commitment to his patients have made a huge impact over the years.

But what makes Dr. Justice so special goes beyond dentistry. He has been a great partner to BDG, a leader within our offices, and someone who has helped countless patients get out of pain, restore their smiles, and feel confident about their dental care.
