Our hearts go out to everyone who has been impacted by the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
At Russell Dental, we are currently taking every measure to ensure that we are protecting staffs and all of our amazing patients for our practices. Starting immediately, we will inquire our patients and will ask if they have had any flu-like symptoms the past 14 days as a protocol before committing to their dental appointments. Therefore we will not see any patient who has had any flu like symptoms or is feeling “ill” at this time. They will be sent home to be reschedule once their symptoms are resolved.
Our practice follows every CDC’s guidelines for Infection control in dental health care setting. Their recommendations include some strict protocol on respiratory hygiene/cough etiquette infection control measures, such as performing hand hygiene, providing tissues and no-touch receptacles to throw away used tissues and offering face masks to patients who are coughing. In additional, all of our entire offices space will follow routine cleaning and disinfection.
All of these will be implemented immediately.
As the COVID-19 situation continue to evolve, our team here remains focused on providing the excellent service and the best dental care for our patients while continue to practice universal precautions to help keep everyone here safe.Thank you for trusting us with your dental care.
