Orthodontics Tip: Drink only water when wearing Invisaligns

You know to take out Invisalign trays when eating, but the same goes for drinking anything other than water. Even though you don't chew, certain drinks can be harmful to teeth or trays.

Sugary drinks can get trapped in trays and don't wash away, increasing plaque buildup. Caffeinated or alcoholic drinks can break down or dry out trays, causing damage to them.
