Bills were sent today 8/18/26 to all of our patients in error. While trying to receive technical support the technician released a billing- via text, email and paper. Again, this was done in error so please disregard. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.

For anyone with a balance due I will confirm all claims are processed with insurance and send a correct statement once this is completed.

Our area has been undergoing road construction and it’s an issue for many of our patients trying to come for appointments. Unfortunately, the conditions are constantly changing and we don’t have a good way to notify patients.

Here is the current map. Patients can also access the information on the City of Lansing website.

We try to accommodate patients however late arrivals beyond 15 mins may have to be rescheduled. We work hard, to not keep incoming patients waiting and late arrivals prevent us from being timely for the next person.

Thank you for your understanding.
