Ever wonder about the tiny attachments on a dental handpiece? Meet dental burs!

Think of them as micro-precision tools for your teeth. Just like a woodworker uses different drill bits for shaping, we use burs for all kinds of delicate work.

They come in various shapes and sizes, each designed for a specific task to make your care as fast, precise, and comfortable as possible.

The more you know about the tools behind your care, the better! Have any questions about what we use? Drop them in the comments!

Did you know August 6th is National Fresh Breath Day?
Beyond brushing, the secret hero to fresh breath is actually your tongue! Scraping or gently brushing your tongue removes up to 80% of odor-causing bacteria. Add it to your routine tonight!

Behind every bright smile is a lot of wiping down!

Here’s a little behind-the-scenes peek at Bre getting her room fresh, sparkling, and sanitized for her next patient.

Keeping a safe, pristine environment isn't just standard procedure for us—it’s how we care for our community every single day.

Summer in Wyoming moves fast!
What’s one local spot or outdoor trail you’ve checked off your list this month? Our team is looking for weekend inspiration!

Quick toothbrush check!

Are you replacing it every 3 months?

Storing it standing up so it air-dries?

Pressing too hard? (Gentle circles are all you need!)

If your bristles look like a frayed broom, it's definitely time for a fresh one!

Happy National Sour Candy Day! We know, we know... a dentist celebrating candy? Hear us out.

We love a sour treat as much as anyone, but that extreme tartness actually comes from high acid levels that can temporarily soften your tooth enamel.

👉 Pro-Tip from our team: Don’t brush your teeth immediately after eating sour candy! The enamel is sensitive right after the acid hit. Instead, rinse thoroughly with water, wait about 30 minutes, and then brush.

Weekend mode: officially activated.

The tabs are closed, the tools are put away, and our team is ready to head out and enjoy the sunshine. We hope your next couple of days are filled with good food, great company, and plenty of reasons to smile.

See you all on Monday! Have a safe, happy, and relaxing weekend, everyone! 👋✨

Friendly reminder: it is never too late to start taking care of your smile.

If it's been 6 months, a year, or five years... our doors are open and there is absolutely no judgment here. Whenever you're ready, we're ready.
