Finishing the school year with her smile - and her confidence - restored.

After experiencing trauma and eventually losing a front tooth, our 15-year-old patient came to us hoping for a solution that would feel natural, comfortable, and confident. Because she is still growing, placing a dental implant right now would not be the ideal long-term option.

Instead, we chose a Maryland bridge - a beautiful, minimally invasive way to restore her smile until she is old enough for implant treatment in the future.

Seeing her smile confidently again before heading back into school was incredibly rewarding for everyone involved.

A special thank you to Dr. Katherine Ni and Hermanson Lemke Lab for their collaboration and care in helping bring this young patient's confidence back.

Still taking this in… honored to be selected as one of the 2026 Pennsylvania Dental Association 10 Under 10 dentists in Pennsylvania.

I can’t believe it’s been almost a decade in dentistry. I’m so grateful for the mentors who have guided me, the colleagues who support me, and the patients who trust me — all of whom have shaped the dentist I am today.

This profession has given me so much, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.

✨ Another happy patient! ✨

When Elaine first came to us, her teeth were worn and uncomfortable, and smiling didn’t feel easy anymore. She wanted to feel like herself again — pain-free and confident.

✨ The semester is a wrap! ✨

It has been such a privilege to spend time this semester with the residents at York Hospital — truly a great group: engaged, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to becoming excellent clinicians. Dr. Genetti always enjoys the opportunity to teach and give back each year.

For the final class, the focus was on clinical photography and its importance in dentistry. Photography is more than documentation — it plays a critical role in communication, treatment planning, and delivering the highest level of patient care.

Giving back through education is something Dr. Genetti truly values. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch these young clinicians grow in confidence and develop their own approach to patient care. The future of dentistry is in great hands, and Dr. Genetti feels fortunate to play even a small part in their journey. 💫

✨ Goodbye white spots, hello confident smile! ✨

Our young patient had just finished braces and came in feeling worried about the white spots left behind. After carefully evaluating her teeth and reviewing options together, she and Dr. Genetti chose a conservative enamel microabrasion treatment.

Microabrasion gently smooths and blends the outer layer of decalcified enamel to improve surface discoloration.

In just 30 minutes, the white spots were removed while preserving her natural tooth structure — and she walked out ready to take on school with total confidence! 💫

A gray tooth → natural bright white in just 3 weeks without veneers or bonding. ✨

Our patient came in feeling self-conscious about his front tooth that had darkened after a root canal. We talked through all the options — including a veneer or crown — but because the tooth was still strong and healthy, we wanted to start with the most conservative approach.

So we did internal tooth bleaching, a simple and predictable process that lightens the tooth from the inside over a couple of weeks. And it worked beautifully. His tooth blended right back into his smile — and after a round of Zoom® external whitening, he left genuinely excited about how natural the result looked.

If you’ve got a single tooth that doesn’t quite match, sometimes the simplest solution is the best place to start. ✨

A small change, a big confidence boost!✨

Our patient came to us worried about the gray look of her dental implant showing through the gumline after years of natural recession. Even though her implant was completely healthy, the exposed portion was affecting the appearance of her smile — and her confidence.

After evaluating the area, we confirmed that replacing the implant wasn't the best option. Our solution? A new crown with a touch of pink porcelain to blend beautifully and cover the visible implant surface. She was thrilled by how straightforward and natural the result looked!
