Braces Care Tips🦷 Taking care of your braces helps keep your teeth healthy and your treatment on track! Save these quick tips for a smooth smile journey:
✨ Skip hard and sticky foods: Popcorn, hard candy, and gum can break wires and loose brackets.
✨Brush after every meal: Food gets trapped easily. Clean all around your braces carefully every day.
✨Use floss threaders: Sliding floss under your main wire helps clean the spaces between your teeth.
✨Call us if something breaks: A loose bracket or poking wire happens. Call our office right away so we can fix it for you safely.
