Dr. Mateo Vidales was born in Bogotá, Colombia. In the late 90s, he and his family came to the United States and made a life in Sarasota, Florida. Dr. Vidales attended and graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in microbiology and cell science. He then attended Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, where he graduated with his degree in dental medicine. Dr. Vidales believes in treating the whole mouth, as oral health is connected to heart health and overall well-being.
