After working with us on and off for years while gaining all the real world knowledge, Sahil is officially headed off to start his next chapter AT DENTAL SCHOOL.

We are so proud of the hard work, dedication, and persistence it took to get here. Patients and staff alike have loved having him around. He has been SUCH an asset to LFD.

We started the morning off right- celebrating Alisha, Nila, and Holly today with breakfast from 11 South. They are the LITERAL LIFELINE to our office. Help us thank them for keeping the phones answered, the schedules straight, and the whole office running smoothly.

Dawn has this way of stepping in no learning curve, no chaos, just “I’m here, let’s go.”

She’s the kind of person you can count on, patients instantly trust, and brings the positive energy. Basically, she makes us all look a little more put together than we actually are.

Today we’re celebrating the ones who keep everything running behind the scenes (and let’s be honest… also out front, in the middle, and everywhere in between).

Happy Administrative Professionals Day to our front office dream team:

Alisha – our longest-running front office MVP. If there’s an extra mile, she’s already gone it… probably twice. Friendly, dependable & steady.

Nila – the quiet detail queen. If it needs to be checked, double-checked, but not talked about, she’s your person. She dots every “i,” crosses every “t”.

Holly – 'mostly' gets it done and keeps us laughing while doing it. Somehow manages to handle the chaos and still make the day more fun for everyone around her.

We truly couldn’t do what we do without these three. They are the calm in the chaos, the problem solvers, and the reason our days run as smoothly as they do.

Today (and honestly every day), we appreciate you more than you know. 💙

🌟Dental Hygienist Spotlight- ANGIE 🌟

Angie has been here since the very beginning… which means if it’s ever happened at LFD, she knows ALLLLL the details.

A few things about Angie:
• Loathes pictures (hence the same headshot every year)
• Would love to be doing floral design (and honestly, we see it)
• Really enjoys her time off… like really enjoys it (and she’s doing just that today)

The truth is Angie has been a constant here from the start. She shows up when needed, does her job well, and keeps things moving.

We’re lucky to have her on the team… whether she’s at work or happily off the clock.

🌟Dental Hygienist Spotlight- DAWN 🌟

Welcome, Dawn! Who jumped right back in like no time passed—and we’re not mad about it.

A few things about Dawn:
• Proud Gigi to 7 grandchildren
• Loves the beach, especially if it involves shark tooth hunting
• Can usually be found working in the yard, planting flowers, or chasing chickens
• Big music lover with a soft spot for Santana

The truth is she shows up, works hard, and brings a steady, familiar presence that just fits. We’re lucky to have her back… and it already feels like she’s been here all along.

She keeps patients on track, keeps us on schedule, and makes sure absolutely NOTHING slips through the cracks… because The Sheriff is always watching.

A few things about Shannon:
• Patient care always comes first—no shortcuts, no exceptions
• Loves a good road trip… as long as there’s a fully detailed, minute-by-minute itinerary
• If there’s a rule, she’s following it—and making sure you are too

The truth is she shows up, holds the standard high, and makes sure our patients get the best care possible every single day. We’re lucky to have her… even if we all stay just a little more on our toes because of it.

It’s Tammy’s BIRTHDAY! 🎉

Tammy may be part-time with us now (because she decided to go be a full-time at the prison 👮🏻 ), but let’s be honest… she’s still one of the main characters around here.

We miss her humor daily- and by humor, we mean the perfectly timed one-liners, the side comments, and the things she says out loud that the rest of us are just thinking 😅

We don’t get her as much as we’d like these days, but we definitely cherish the days we do.
